No ADGA Work Will Be Processed February 19 – 28
To move forward with the new “NG” online software, a necessary disruption to Online Member Services needs to take place. A data conversion to the new system is going to start February 19.
The ADGA office will not be able to process any work between February 19 and February 28. There will also be no access to Online Member Services by ADGA members or office staff until after the data conversion and testing is completed.
The last day the ADGA office will accept Rush work requests is Wednesday, February 17.
Non-Rush work received less than 10 working days before February 19 may not be processed until after February 28.

Any changes to the availability of the new Online Member Services will communicated by email and FAQs will be posted under “News” on this website.
